Avese Travel is offering a 3-month internship program for a highly motivated graduate who has completed a Tourism-related university degree and is eager to gain hands-on experience in incoming and inbound tour operations.
This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to the daily operations of a professional tour operator, supporting our team in delivering exceptional travel experiences for local and international clients exploring Azerbaijan.
It is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants to build a strong foundation in the tourism industry.

Vendor & Partner Coordination Support: Assist in communication with hotels, tour guides, drivers, and activity providers.
Help maintain organized records of partners and services.
Tour Operations & Logistics Assistance: Support the coordination of inbound tours, including accommodation bookings, transportation arrangements, guide scheduling, and activity confirmations.
Sales & Quotation Support: Assist in preparing tour itineraries, cost calculations, and quotations for potential clients under the guidance of senior team members.
Client Support: Provide operational support to incoming groups and individual travelers, helping ensure smooth tour execution and prompt issue resolution.
Reporting & Administration: Assist with basic reporting tasks, data entry, booking updates, and operational documentation using MS Office tools.
