Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of international transportation by Air, Sea, Road, and Rail.
• Excellent understanding of Incoterms.
• Knowledge of import and export customs clearance procedures.

• Experience coordinating with international agents and freight partners.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and logistics/ERP systems.
Language Requirements
• English – Required (written and spoken). Must be able to communicate professionally with international customers, agents, and carriers.
• Russian – Preferred (written and spoken).
• Additional languages are considered an advantage.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage daily logistics operations and customer requests. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in international freight forwarding, transportation coordination, customs procedures, and customer communication. This role requires the ability to prepare accurate shipping documentation, provide competitive freight quotations, and coordinate shipments from origin to destination.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle daily customer inquiries and logistics requests.
• Prepare and provide freight quotations for Air, Sea, Road, and Rail transportation.
• Negotiate rates and commercial terms with customers, carriers, and logistics partners.
• Coordinate shipments from booking through final delivery.
• Liaise with overseas agents, carriers, shipping lines, airlines, transport companies, and customs brokers.
• Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to customers.
• Ensure timely execution of import, export, and cross-trade shipments.
• Prepare, review, and verify shipping and commercial documentation(Commercial Invoices,Packing Lists,COO,Customs documentation)
• Prepare or review transport documents(AWB,CMR,BL)
• Coordinate customs clearance activities with brokers and relevant authorities.
• Resolve operational issues, shipment delays, and documentation discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure compliance with company procedures and international trade regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
