The Urban Majesty Hotel, a distinguished hospitality company with Dubai partnership, is seeking a refined and dedicated Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for a hospitality professional who embodies elegance, discretion, and excellence in guest service.
Candidate Profile
Female candidates are preferred;
Previous experience in the hotel industry is essential;
Proficiency in hotel management systems and front office operations;
Strong knowledge of Booking.com and other online reservation platforms;
Ability to work flexible shifts;
Good command of English;
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
Well-presented appearance with a professional and guest-oriented attitude;
Commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality standards.
